Most mocktail experiences teach you how to make their drinks. This one is designed for you to create your own.
Rather than following a script, you’ll explore an ever-evolving zero-proof drink lab with hundreds of ingredients—syrups, bitters, teas, spices, fresh citrus, and non-alcoholic spirits—plus specialty tools like smoking guns, test tubes, and shaker sets. It’s a chance to experiment with bold flavors, unexpected combinations, and creative techniques you likely wouldn’t try at home.
After the introduction, the experience becomes intentionally open-ended, so each guest can take a different creative path.
Your host acts as a friendly “head scientist,” offering guidance when needed while keeping the atmosphere playful, welcoming, and judgment-free.

As you enter the building from Melrose Ave, Greenfire Loft is located above the new breakfast sandwich eatery: Eggslut. You will see a sign at the base of the stairs. I'll greet you at the top of the stairs and guide you to the optional lab coats of all different sizes.
